For those prepared to take responsibility for real-world leadership work our flagship convening known as Futuro, held all over the globe over 10 immersive days in renowned locations such as Ciudad del Saber, Centro Historico CdMX, Spain, and Washington DC offer unparalleled leadership skills and the opportunity to launch real-world social impact projects.

Futuro convenings gather three generations in one arena: Emerging Leaders (students), Changemakers (university & early-career), and Legacy Architects (global leaders). Each Futuro is rigorous, immersive, and project-driven. Participants graduate with a living project, recognized credentials, and a hemispheric network.
